You control your data with Omnignis LLC and can remove it at any time. Here's how.
The fastest option: sign in to your dashboard at portal.omnignis.com and click Disconnect Facebook page. This immediately revokes and deletes the Facebook access token we hold, and we stop pulling any statistics from your Page.
To delete your whole account and all associated data (your profile, settings, and any stored Facebook connection), email us at info@omnignis.com from your account's email address, or from your dashboard, and request account deletion. We will remove your data within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
You can also revoke Omnignis from your Facebook settings directly: on Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find Omnignis, and remove it. Facebook will notify us, and we will delete the data associated with your connection.
When you delete, we remove your stored Facebook access token, your Page ID and name, your account profile and settings, and any report scheduling tied to your account. Aggregate viewer statistics are not retained separately once your connection is removed. Emails already delivered to your inbox are not affected, as those are in your possession.
