These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Omnignis LLC ("Omnignis," "we," "us"). By using our website or creating a portal account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Omnignis provides cybersecurity and software development services, and a reporting portal that generates livestream attendance reports for churches by reading statistics from a Facebook Page you connect. Features may change or be discontinued over time.
To use the portal, you must create an account with accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at info@omnignis.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree to use the service lawfully and only to connect Facebook Pages and data that you are authorized to access. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or misuse the platform.
The service integrates with third parties such as Meta / Facebook, Supabase, Resend, and others. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms and policies. We aren't responsible for third-party services, and their availability or data may change independently of us.
Livestream statistics are provided by Facebook and are reported as we receive them. Facebook's numbers can change or be revised, and we don't independently verify them. Reports are provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free.
Any fees for paid services or portal plans will be communicated to you in advance. Where no fee is stated, the applicable service is provided as arranged between you and Omnignis.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnignis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
