For most small offices, the honest answer is nobody. Omnignis becomes your security team, with the IT support to back it up: monitored endpoints, hardened email, tested backups, and a helpdesk that answers.
Serving Conroe, The Woodlands, Magnolia, Tomball, Spring, and Willis, on site. Remote everywhere else.
Our promise
No one can honestly promise you will never be attacked. We promise something better: when our work is done, nobody is on your network that you have not allowed there. And we keep watching to make sure it stays that way.
The pattern, start to finish
Someone on your team gets a convincing email and types their password into a fake login page. The attacker signs into that mailbox and sits there quietly, reading, for three weeks. They learn who pays whom, what invoices look like, who approves what.
Then they email your bookkeeper a real-looking invoice with new banking details. The money leaves. Nobody notices for a month.
A firewall doesn't stop that. Neither does a VPN or an antivirus box. Identity controls, mail controls, detection, and one boring process rule do. That's what we run.
Omnignis is a managed security service provider. Instead of selling you tools, we run your security and your IT under one flat monthly agreement, and we show our work in a report you can hand to your insurance carrier. Full service details →
Every computer runs our agent, so we see problems early, patch on schedule, and fix most issues remotely, without depending on your firewall to let us in.
The actual threat detection. Malicious behavior on any machine gets caught and isolated as it happens, not discovered a month later in the damage.
Hardened mail rules, locked-down forwarding, and periodic phishing tests, so the convincing fake invoice gets caught by both people and machines.
Physical, encrypted backups that we prove restore. Ransomware becomes an inconvenience when your data safely exists somewhere the attacker can't reach.
Short, practical sessions your team will actually remember: phishing, payment fraud, and the habits that stop most attacks. Meets Texas HB 300 for healthcare workplaces.
A monthly record of what we watched, what we fixed, and where you stand. The evidence your carrier, regulator, or diocese asks for, already written.
Our clients share a profile: a small team, no in-house IT, and data they're obligated to protect. If somebody can ask you "who handles your security?", we're built for you.
The HIPAA Security Risk Analysis federal law requires, HB 300 training, and hardened practice systems, priced for an independent office.
Book a call →The same HIPAA program for independent clinics, therapy practices, optometry, and other small providers with patient data on the line.
Book a call →The FTC Safeguards Rule requires a written security program if you arrange financing. Most independent lots have none. We build and run yours.
Book a call →Client files, financial records, and privileged communications, protected and provable to the clients and courts that ask.
Book a call →The IRS requires a written security plan (WISP) from e-filers. We write it, implement it, and keep it true through every filing season.
Book a call →Carrier security attestations answered accurately, with the controls behind the answers actually in place.
Book a call →Wire-fraud and gift-card scam prevention, donor data protection, and our automated livestream attendance reporting tool.
See church services →Hold sensitive data and answer to somebody about protecting it? That's our profile. Tell us what you run and we'll tell you what it takes.

The first assessment happens in person. We look at what's actually plugged into what, because the diagram never matches the closet.
Where needed: an OPNsense firewall, business-grade access points, and a backup appliance. You own the hardware. We manage it.
Every computer gets our management agent, so we can monitor, patch, and respond remotely without depending on your firewall.
Monitoring, patching, backups, training, and reporting, month after month. You get one number to call and one report to read.
A security company you can trust should be clear about where its job ends. These three things are outside our scope, on purpose.
Physical security systems are licensed work in Texas. We don't sell, install, service, monitor, or respond to them, and we'll refer you to a licensed integrator who does.
We won't promise coverage we can't deliver. Our contracts say business hours and next-business-day, and we keep a vetted incident-response firm on file for true emergencies.
Finding out who did something is licensed private-investigation work in Texas. We handle the technical side and refer attribution questions to a licensed investigator.
Omnignis comes from the Latin omni + ignis, "all fire." Fire is the oldest security technology there is: it keeps what matters warm, lit, and defended. That's the job.
The practice is run by Chris Robinson, a security engineer based in Pinehurst, Texas, with a master's in computer science (cybersecurity concentration) from Boston University. When you call Omnignis, you get the engineers who built your network and watch it, not a call center reading a script.
Book a call and we'll walk through what you run, what you're required to protect, and what a monthly program would look like for an office your size.
