Effective June 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Omnignis LLC ("Omnignis," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website (omnignis.com) and our church livestream reporting portal (portal.omnignis.com). If you have questions, contact us at info@omnignis.com.
If you submit our contact form or schedule a call, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, and any message or project details. Scheduling is handled through Calendly, and contact-form submissions are delivered through Formspree.
To use the reporting portal, we collect your email address, a securely hashed password, your church or organization name, the destination email address(es) you want reports sent to, your chosen report frequency, and, optionally, a business address and phone number if you add them.
If you choose to connect your Facebook Page, we receive a Facebook Page access token, your Page's ID and name, and livestream video statistics, specifically total views and unique viewers. We do not collect personal information about individual viewers; we only receive aggregate counts. We request the minimum permissions needed for this (pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, read_insights).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Your Facebook Page access token is encrypted before it is stored, and it is used solely to read the viewer statistics needed to build your reports. You can disconnect your Facebook Page at any time from your dashboard, which removes the token from our systems. See Data Deletion for details.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the service. They process data only as needed to provide their function:
We keep your account information and any connected Facebook token for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect your Facebook Page, delete your account, or request deletion, the associated data is removed from our systems.
You can update your account details from the "My account" page, disconnect your Facebook Page from your dashboard, or request full deletion of your data at any time. For step-by-step instructions, see our Data Deletion page or email info@omnignis.com.
We protect data with measures including encryption of sensitive tokens, row-level access controls on our database, and access limited to what is necessary to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
The portal uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in. Our marketing website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded third-party tools (such as Calendly) may set their own cookies when loaded.
Our services are intended for churches, organizations, and businesses, and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
