Omnignis is a security-first managed service provider. One monthly agreement covers your security and your IT: on-site onboarding, managed protection, a helpdesk that answers, and the reporting that proves it. Plus custom software on request, and a specialized reporting tool for churches.
Every engagement begins on site. Remote tools tell you what a network claims to be; the wiring closet tells you what it is. We map it, fix the structure, and install what's missing.
The monthly program. Detection, maintenance, and proof, delivered for a flat rate and summarized in a report you can hand to your insurance carrier, regulator, or board.
Managed clients get one number for anything technical, from a locked account to a printer that won't print. No phone tree, no ticket black hole, and honest hours in writing.
Omnignis is a security practice first. But when a client needs internal tooling (a portal, an automation, a report generator), we build it ourselves, secure by default, rather than referring it out.
A done-for-you reporting tool: connect your Facebook page once, and every week Omnignis pulls your livestream viewer numbers and emails your office a clean, presentation-ready Excel report. Ideal for churches that report attendance to their diocese.
Not ready for a monthly agreement? Start with the Snapshot: a fixed-price assessment of your accounts, devices, website, and network. In about a week you get a plain-English report, a prioritized fix list, and a walkthrough call. Fix it yourself, or let the managed program take it from there.

A security company you can trust should be clear about where its job ends. These three things are outside our scope, on purpose.
Physical security systems are licensed work in Texas. We don't sell, install, service, monitor, or respond to them, and we'll refer you to a licensed integrator who does.
We won't promise coverage we can't deliver. Our contracts say business hours and next-business-day, and we keep a vetted incident-response firm on file for true emergencies.
Finding out who did something is licensed private-investigation work in Texas. We handle the technical side and refer attribution questions to a licensed investigator.
How it works
A free first conversation to understand what you run, what you're required to protect, and what success looks like.
The on-site assessment. You get the report and prioritized fix list either way, whether or not you continue with us.
Fixes done, hardware in, agents deployed, all in plain language with a fixed quote up front and no mystery invoices.
The monthly program takes over: monitoring, detection, backups, training, reporting, and the helpdesk, month after month.
Tell us the problem and we'll give you the honest fix, even if it's smaller than you expected.
